If she was a man, nobody would care because she wouldn't have any Olympic gold medals and be a mediocre prospect.

Arlen Lopez would have ****ed up Clarence Shields in the 2016 Olympics.

Women's Boxing and MMA are so much more un-competitive compared to mens.

I'm getting pissed off with this female entitlement attitude from them regarding sport and equal pay, no one really watches female boxing so where's the money coming from ? Get a female entrepreneur to risk her own money in the same way men have throughout boxing history to build up the sport , get a female promoter to underwrite an all female card , NO it won't happen because they know they would lose money due to lack of interest and poor sales.. and most importantly only about 3 in each division can fight or box ( and are good to be fair) so where is the depth, progress and TV ratings coming from with so little talent available?

It happening in all sports slowly

WSL (world surf league) has the same prize money for men and females even though they surf less heats and have a poor following

She’s just trying too hard to act like a Mayweather or Broner. Maybe that’s just how she was raised but I’m not a fan of it. In any case hammer is better and I’m going to enjoy seeing hammer win
First off, she tries to act nothing like Floyd or Broner! That comparison is way off! She has accomplished a lot in her career and should be confident! We boxing fans give male fighters way more credit for doing less than half of what she's done! Out of the top 20 best male fighters in the world, only about 4-6 actually deserves the credit they're being giving! We see more mismatches in boxing compared to competitive fights! Example, Spence/Garcia was a mismatch from the word go! Mikey had done nothing his entire career to garner the thought of him competing with Spence! Boxing fans turned a blind eye to the fact the Mikey hadn't faced one elite or top fighter his entire career! Don't mean to single out Mikey because he's definitely not the only one!

But, Rousey was a fraud. UFC has a habit of promoting fraud fighters (after very few fights)as the greatest fighters ever and there fans always fall for it. My theory was Rhonda was hand picked and manufactured by UFC because she checked all the boxes. They needed a blonde attractive American white female to debut, sale, and get the public into female MMA. But then UFC started believing their own con and put her in with real fighters and look what happened to her. There was a reason why her sparring partners were not allowed to actually hit her. UFC only care about short term gain. They do not care about the long term and future of their sport. UFC in constantly selling unproven fighters as the next big thing. UFC constantly exaggerates how good their fighters are. For example, I have never heard of a sport so obsessed with the title of who is the greatest of all time. Women in UFC is only several years old and they consistently referred to Rousey as the greatest of all time. They do it with men to. UFC in in its current form is less than 20yrs old and they are constantly talking about so and so being the greatest fighter of all time. They should not be having such a argument for another 50 years or so.

That kind of ***** does not happen in boxing. A young fighter who has good buzz about them and a possible bright future is called a prospect. In UFC they skip the prospect part and go directly into calling said fighter one of the greatest if not the greatest fighter of all time, etc.

True, because as man you would have more competition. Rousey was popular in MMA because she has competition to garner attention and excitements for her fights.

Also, the same way you are a protected group, and always a victim, people don't want to see women in a fight.
