I don't hate any boxer because of his race, but I suppose some do. I don't hate Khan because of his style either. What I hate about Khan is he is as dishonest as I have ever seen, and will never admit that he was beaten by a better boxer. There is always an excuse. Cut too much weight, caught by a lucky punch, its the trainer's fault, the change in trainers, etc, etc, etc.

His hubris attitude is totally unfounded, undeserving, and fake really. If it helps sell tickets, fine. That is part of boxing too. He has had some good wins, but also has went life and death with gatekeepers. If he gets handled by Crawford the way I think he will, he will probably retire, even though he says he is in his prime. Its a win/win for him. Losing to Brook would ruin his career and probably send him over the deep end.

Khan lacks the ability to adapt to great fighters mid-fight. It's all speed and combinations. Crawford will figure him out and put him to sleep. There's not a damn thing Khan can do to stop that.

It's good to have that confidence going in to the fight. It should help the fight be competitive for the first half. Up until the inevitable KO to end Khan's career (or close to it, since he still has the Brook score to settle).

Nearly all boxers do that. You need that kind of confidence in this sport. It's just part of the game. That's not a reason to hate on fighters

But I think the biggest reason Khan is hated isn't his race, but the fact that he's lost by KO quite a few times. When you have KO losses like those on your resume, that's going to make you look bad no matter what.

P4P the most delusional boxer ever. Years from now, he'll be telling everyone that he was on the same level as Mayweather and Pacquiao.
