sounds like excuses to me. Prescott would've ko'd khan even if the fight wasn't at 135, mainly because he's a big puncher and khans defense sucks. Canelo did use his size to eat up incoming shots though. That right hand he laid Khan out with was not as "dangerous" of a punch that overhand Maidana landed, but way heavier, hence the flatline

Yeah, his defense does suck which is sad. At times, his body movements do have some glimpses of Hamed's resemblance. Too bad, he was not able to utilize them properly or he lacks timing to perform them.

Well eating khans shots is not a huge deal as he's not a ko puncher. In that fight he was essentially an annoying fly that buzzes around you and you just wait for the right timing to splatter it. Sure Canelo was bigger but khans chin is so fragile, it's tough to say that Canelo size was the reason why he was ko'd. Especially since he was already ko'd at 135 and 140 just from being timed correctly.
