Early May is a helluva quick turnaround for someone that went 12 rounds.

Check both fighters Twitter timeline he was offered the fight more then 4 weeks ago Jojo been going back and forth with him since the Carrol fight ended back in March. Finally made it public the contract to exposed farmer. Farmer hasn't complained about the money or disputed the fact he was sent contracts. He was even offered the fight May 4 or a later date on his own card because somehow Farmer thinks he's too big time to fight as the co-main of the biggest fight card of the year. lol this ain't about money or not having enough time it's about Farmer not wanting to take any risky fights while he just waits and prays for a Gervonta Davis fight.

Fair play. I haven't been following this twitter finger battle. I just think logically there are plenty of reasons why Tevin wouldn't want this fight after fighting recently.

Plus lets not act like fighting a GBP guy in Vegas isn't a sketchy thing these days. I'd rather fight a GBP guy on neutral or favorable ground & for Tevin on a Matchroom card. Tevin is in a great spot right now & the moment he loses this belt he's gonna be a guy who's not getting as many calls & the short notice fight will become his best offers more than likely cuz he's all risk & low reward.

I just ain't into twitter negotiations. I think its silly & becomes some sorta pissing contest which it looks like this surely is. And obviously JoJo won the pissing contest, but idk that this is a lock W for JoJo in the ring, but its the lowest hanging fruit in the division at the moment so I get it.
