Ortiz is a solid top 10 win, nothing more really. He hasn’t beaten anyone who hasn’t got journeyman status
I agree that he has not beaten anybody besides Ortiz. Povetkin failed his drug test so I can't fault him for that.

The first Stiverne fight he broke his hand and Fury went down twice when he connected when he was missing the target all night.

Wilder's right is a legit threat even with the lack of skills that he has. I always said that AJ is more skilled and would beat him but right now the fight is so intriguing that it is the biggest fight that can be made right now. Power like that sells.

Great post. Ortiz fights nobodies and deserves nothing.

And so what? It clearly proves he wouldn't have any problems fighting Ortiz

Not at all, he has already swerved Ortiz. If it were not for him avoiding Ortiz last year when the WBC ordered the fight as a final eliminator, he would have a legit claim to a Wilder title fight

                  that is, IF he won.

The fact is that Whyte has shown he is willing to take on risky fights when people would expect him to take an easier route. Ortiz has not.

If Ortiz wanted the Whyte fight it would be an easy fight to make.
