The man is not an idiot, he has reached the upper echelon of a competetive sport and will also have a team around him. Is it out of the bounds of peoples imagination that she may have been kissed by him before or at least prior to that was working him/flirting and that's why he felt the confidence to do it on video. I mean any male entertainer/celeb/sports star at the minute knows what the climate is like for accusations so for him to do it speaks volumes about how comfortable they were. To find later that she has been manipulating the rest of the scenario taints her earlier interaction as also possibly manipulated and any sane person would have to give Pulev at least the benefit of an investigation before claiming that the kiss is undeniable truth he forced himself on her. To say this thread is eye opening would be an understatement.

This part is correct. There is no solid proof that he grabbed her ass. But there is solid proof of the kiss. Maybe that would make the ass grab more believable, maybe not. But the kiss is right there for all to see. So unless they have a video of her being sexual with Kubrat Pulev himself at that after party, I can't see how what happened at that after party will play a part.

I don't think that was his brother. I don't know how many brothers he has, but his brother seems to appear in the video. The dude she is grinding on has his face obscured. I'm not sure why. But anyway, even if it was his brother, it has nothing to do with Kubrat Pulev. Maybe she wanted to fvvck his brother but not him.

I can't see this going anywhere besides getting suit thrown out in court,because her entire case was built around her claim that "hes no friend of mine" which means either shes lying about being his friend or she parties with strange men who assault her til 6am,either way few juries will award her anything.

She claims she was invited to the party by a friend. Was this friend the guy who she is grinding on? Is it Kubrat's brother? If so, had he previously introduced Kubrat to her? Maybe not. I think it's likely to be someone in Kubrat's entourage, not his brother, but it doesn't mean that she was friends with Kubrat. She claims she only met Kubrat for the first time the day before the incident, when she did an interview with him. She claims she never met him before that. I've heard she deleted a lot of things from her page or whatever. If they can find that she knew Kubrat before that time, I'd think that would go a long way in discrediting her. But we don't know when they first met. Maybe she's right that they first met the day before the fight, and she hit it off with the lap dance dude, and he invited her. But doesn't mean she was already friends with Kubrat because she did 1 interview with him.

Remember 1 other thing also,her case was built on public outrage based on the belief she wasn't lying when she said "hes no friend of mine" implying that he was lying for claiming they have some sort of relationship,she DID say she felt humiliated btw in press conference,so thats another evidence against her because she willingly posted it online,its like a women posting a revenge pòrn of herself online then suing 4 supposedly being humiliated by her boyfriend that filmed it. these things matter in court.

So the friend thing was already addressed. The humiliation thing, she's probably going to argue that she felt humiliated regardless of it being shared or not, but she shared it so that "the world knew what he did." I think she said something like that in the press conference.


It's going to be an uphill battle for Kubrat unless some other info comes out supporting him. Maybe it will. We'll have to wait and see I suppose.
