She definitely claims it happened later, not at the time of the interview.

The only thing we are trying to tell you is that Pulev is not going to have a valid excuse for his actions without some sort of evidence that his actions were welcomed. Heres the thing though,she has no proof he grabbed her ass,& he might possibly have more video of her too,but the fact shes on video dry humping his brother the same night while he watches & she tries to make sure theres no recording & theres tons of witnesses. I can't see this going anywhere besides getting suit thrown out in court,because her entire case was built around her claim that "hes no friend of mine" which means either shes lying about being his friend or she parties with strange men who assault her til 6am,either way few juries will award her anything.
