Yeah with the same fanbase coming from each opponent? No one in the US would pay to watch that fight. It's a domestic ppv in the UK at best

The logical way to view it is that they both PROPORTIONATELY increase their money making opportunity if they fight each other, but that increase is disproportionately slanted toward Wilder in a 50/50 arrangement. Heck, even 40% for Wilder is a disproportionate increase and generous to his side.
He simply doesnt want it. His story / excuses change every day. If you cant acknowledge this I think you're either trolling or are lacking in discernment skills - its very easy to see what's happening for those who just tell it like it is, just as so many former Wilder defenders are now Wilder detractors. He's hurting boxing and gmfans who back him are allowing that to happen- to.us all.
Instead of defending him why don't you join the many others who now call him out for his blatant cowardice? That'd help improve boxing for everybody as well as the young fighters coming into such a corrupt environment.
Not even Floyd could always fight no-hopers on PPV and expect it to sell. Eventually AJ will need a real dance partner. Unless you think yellow tooths will continue to support his bum of the month club tour? His fans should be demanding more IMO.

Not "the fans" just "the brits" and no one here cares what you guys think because fighters aren't trying to break into your market the way that UK fighters are trying to here. Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why all of your precious champs are coming across the pond? It's because you guys are tapped over there. They can't get any bigger which means that they're purses have peaked. Your opinion doesn't matter because you have nothing more to add. So if AJ wants to actually get paid he is going to need an American fanbase and he will need Wilder for that. So it's time to up that 50-50.

Miller can't sell tickets, it's all Joshua. Where does it say tickets prices are being dropped?

They're 3x the price of Wilders. Joshua drawing a bigger gate than Wilder is going to be very embarrassing, i'll be sure to make a thread about it.
LMAO it went from AJ sold out MSG quicker than anyone ever to "well Miller can't sell tickets" and "watch when the gate figures come out". Secondary markets, where the tickets are being sold, don't count toward gate figures.

40% is a great offer for wilder, wtf is wrong with him wow
It's because Hearn offered him peanuts when Wilder wanted 40%.
Hearn's original offers were insulting & now Haymon is not budging.
The funny thing is that Wilder is very beatable, deficient in many fundamental aspects but with that lion heart & KO power, people will watch him.
And I don't see him losing for a while.
I think he's turning down the offers because he is closing in Rocky's record & if played smartly, it's not beyond reason to tie or even break it.
I'm a big fan of both guys but I've been with Wilder since he started.
              JUST SIGN THE DAMN FIGHT!!!!

There were loads of articles on this very site with direct quotes from Hearn about the DAZN deal and how DAZN have first-option on Joshua fights but do not have a deal with him specifically.

So no DAZN can't tell AJ what's up because they have no deal with Anthony Joshua.
Yeah, right. DAZN has a big deal with Matchroom to do 32 shows this next year; half in the UK, half in the US. According to Hearn, 4 of those fights have to be blockbusters in order to make the DAZN deal work. Not mere PPV level fights, but blockbuster fights. Matchroom owns AJ and, by extension, so does DAZN. Keep reading.

                      Yeah, that's also a problem.
