It is. He's not under contract he can fight anywhere. There's no excuse. Which is why the vast majority of fans are calling him out for ducking.

Hey Robbie is it your life's mission to be obnoxious as possible? The Wilder/Fury rematch was the brit pulling out. If another brit had pulled out you wouldn't be here and that would have been awesome.
