I wish Usyk had stayed at cruiser a little longer but oh well. I hope his team knows what they are doing. They may be cashing him out early especially if he fights AJ later this year or early next year.

I’m not seeing the angle of putting usyk and takam in Chicago being a popular sell.....Not sure Hearn really is trying to understand the American market like he says he is.....NY, LV, Dallas, Los Angeles...:now those are fight cities....anywhere else needs to have a popular hometown fighter

Nice test for Usyk and measuring stick. Stopping Takam is no easy task. If he can do it. it will prove he belongs.

He has the skills to take over no doubt about it

Can’t really judge his power untill he fights a proper heavy (like takem). You can’t call Bellew a proper heavy he was just a fat cruiser

Skill wise he’s diffent league to the current crop but size and power might be a factor .

Excellent opponent for his first fight at the weight. Takam only knows how to come forward and he's strong. If Usyk deals with him, he's a real HW.

He's cleaned CW out though. He should be applauded in my opinion.
