Both Ring and TBRB have AJ #1 and Fury #2, do you agree?

Both of these rankings have AJ as the number one heavyweight in the world which is pretty obvious, but Fury as number two ahead of Wilder.

That means both of these orgs clearly feel Wilder robbed Fury blind of his deserved win, even though Wilder cherrypicked a Tyson Fury who wasn't even in the top 10 when the fight took place.

Do you agree that Fury should be above Wilder?

Maybe Wilder's recent ducking has helped to cement that opinion, what do you think?

How exactly did Wilder rob Fury? I wasn't aware Wilder fought in and judged the fight too.

To answer the question though, yes I agree.

Was about to say the same thing more or less. Respect...great minds think alike lol.

      Wilder didn't rob anyone.

I do think you could make an argument for the draw being fair or Wilder even deserving the W, but I'd disagree with it while seeing the merits for the argument.

Hence my feelings the top 3 is Joshua, Fury & Wilder now. Still see Joshua vs Wilder as the most compelling high level guy fight doe.

And I also think Fury of sound mind (which can be a big ask of him) is gonna be the #1 guy again eventually. Fury is the most talented HW by a country mile.

Joshua & Wilder just look & act the part of the best HW while being flawed fighters with very exploitable leaks in their game. Fury's biggest leak is his own motivation & focus which he ultimately controls so Fury gets beat when he don't show up one night. Wilder & Joshua can show up & still lose.

I would accept any order that they’re placed in.

Fury has the best win, vs. Klitschko when Klitschko seemed unbeatable. Joshua has the most wins against ranked contenders. Wilder fought the two best pure technical boxers in the division and went 1-0-1.

I personally think Tyson Fury is number one if I’m doing a lower ranking. I thought he outclassed Klitschko when Joshua had a life and death battle against Klitschko two years later. I also gave Fury 10 rounds against Wilder. I think he would outbox Joshua easily.

I do think it’s tough to rate him over Joshua though when he’s three fights into a comeback and Joshua has done what he’s done in recent years though.

I think Wilder would probably eventually catch Joshua and knock him out. I think Joshua gets hit too much. Wilder’s win over Ortiz also does a lot more for me than it will for some people here. I think Ortiz, even though he’s showing his age a bit now, is clearly better than everyone else in the heavyweight division outside of Fury, Joshua and Wilder. I think Ortiz-Joshua would be a toss up, I think Ortiz-Fury is a toss up (although Fury’s length has me thinking he probably wins) and I think Ortiz-Wilder 2 is a toss up. That’s a big win for Wilder in my opinion. But it’s hard for me to rate Wilder over Joshua based on that win and a fight with Fury that I think he clearly lost. Joshua has accomplished too much recently.

So if I was ranking them based on who I thought would win if they all fought, I would have Fury at number one, Wilder at two and Joshua at three. If I was going by skill, Fury at one, Joshua at two and Wilder at three.

But if I’m going by who’s accomplished the most, it’s Joshua at one, Fury two and Wilder three. I think these rankings in the ring magazine and TBRB are based on accomplishments. So I think they’re being very fair and I’m totally okay with those rankings.

How could you make an argument for a Wilder win?

Of course Fury should be above Wilder. He not only beat Wilder (but was robbed) and he also beat Wladimir Klitschko. You could even make the argument that Fury should be #1 and Joshua #2.
