I think you're right. If Wilder had done it people would be asking for him to get arrested and charged with sexual assault. With Pulev it's seen as a funny moment.
If Wilder grabbed/kissed a reporter, what would the response be?

What, this one?Koba, if you read (or just youtube/podcast) check out Yuval Noah Harari. He’s a geeky looking Fcker but speaks wisdom. His first book Sapiens: A brief history of humankind lets you see the trees from the forest. I’m onto his most recent: 21 lessons for the 21st century.
He doesn’t touch on racism, i think he’s above that. The closest he gets is talkin about how a dog can’t screw a cat and make a catdog because they are different species, unlike humans who can breed with whoever because we’re all ONE species.
Anyway, an idea for some background noise when reading boxing articles.

Ain't read it yet (I got about a half dozen books on the go already) but I borrowed it on a recommend off a friend a few months back.. maybe time to check it out.Last edited by Citizen Koba; 03-27-2019, 02:08 PM.Comment

It would likely boost Wilder's career since no one knows who he is outside of boxing fans. He'd get the needed exposure he's been seeking with the casual audience--no publicity is bad publicity.Comment

no offense but im not sure how big womens rights are in some eastern euro countries so i would expect there to be more reaction to wilder doing that but would it be more than if say fury did it, have no idea
well i do actually, fury fans would slag wilder off and wilder fans would slag fury offComment

Wilder is black...so nothing.
He could claim that a white female reporter reminded him of the injustices suffered by his ancestors.
Or just blame Trump?Comment

This is true. The only attention he's gotten outside of boxing fans was when the "to this day" meme was trending for a few hours on twitter.Comment

All she would to have to do is throw a jab and Wilder would just stand there with a confused look on his face for 12 minutes.Comment
