You're right Canelo is a much more accomplished boxer than Spence. However, I disagree they're not on the same level. Spence has been way more dominant at his weight class than Canelo ever was at any weight.
Spence has boxers under his own banner that aren't willing to go in the ring with him.
If Spence all of sudden jumped up to 160 to challenge Canelo of course he would hardly have a chance against him. However, like I said, if he progresses slowly up to the weight, I've seen enough from Spence to say he would give anyone including Canelo problems. Spence's jab can take him far at any weight. His foot work is good enough hang with with Canelo. Don't act like Canelo's foot work is elite or even next level.
Give it a few years, Spence will be a problem for whoever will be there at the higher weight classes.
