*2nd mandatory. So he would’ve had to wait for the breazle fight to take place first and at that point who knew when that was going to be? It would’ve been a year after the breazle fight who’s only getting his shot now because the fury rematch fell through so quite possibly he could’ve been waiting up to two years for the fight to be ordered. I don’t blame him for making more money. For someone that is the silver champion and number one contender I can definitely understand why he wouldn’t want to fight for a secondary mandatory position when there were more lucrative offers on the table

I like how you skipped over the part where he could've become immediate mandatory by fighting Breazeale.

He didn't want to become immediate mandatory.

He didn't want to become 2nd mandatory

      Now he's whining

Brezeale turned down Whyte on the Takam card saying it wasn't enough money, Hearn asked if this for a mandatory the WBC said no in writing and on their website, so Hearn couldn't justify offering more. The WBC backtracked on this, this was recorded by several noted journalists, who screen shotted the WBC site.

Ortiz refused to fight Whyte when with Hearn and turned the fight down again pre Christmas saying it was not enough money. His manager confirmed this in an interview on Youtube , still there I think.

So Ortiz and Brezeale turned it down.

Wilder has been fighting a mandatory every 3 years with unification now it'll be worse so anything less than a called mandatory has no value. The fact Wilder texted Whyte to say he would do everything he could to avoid him if he did become mandatory makes it worse.

When did that happen? the only times I remember the Breazle fight being close to happening is when breazle said he was offered too little to take the fight and when the wbc ordered it for the interim title when it looked like the fury rematch was getting made so yeah I skipped over it because it’s not true.

After an unexpected two weeks which included uncertainty and disappointment, heavyweight contender Dominic "Trouble" Breazeale (18-1, 16 KO's) will return to th

Respect to Whyte in trying to stand up to a corrupt ABC group, but he's not gonna get anywhere with this move.

Are you the individual with ties to the WBC president or is that one of the other two people that use this account?

Shyte should have fought Ortiz. Then he wouldn't be having this problem.

Ortiz did not refuse to fight him. Whyte said he'd fight Ortiz in December and Ortiz said ok & Whyte & Hearn got quiet & announced the Chisora fight.
