Nobody cares about boxing history anymore. It’s all about the money. He will forever and always be known as a cheater though.
He go down as a drug abusing PED using crackhead. Those asterisks are going to look real nice on his record. Cheater.

Ponomarev pulled out of the final eliminator, so Ocampo lucked into a title shot. Not sure if that makes the IBF a joke. They follow the rules exactly no matter who is involved. This is boxing and the big promoters and big stars don't like rules. So they often steer away from the IBF.

What asterisks would they be then? I don't see any on boxrec?

Fury will go down as the best HW of his era. As for money, Fury will earn more than Wilder, so yeah.

Wilder is an old man with glass hands, he's not going to be around for that much longer. Fury has just got into his prime.

          PED Cheater/boring fighter/pillow puncher/crackhead

Didn’t he go the distance with the 111th ranked Francisco Pianeta SMH no power at all without those PEDs. Only good fighter he beat was an old Klitschko the rest of the names on his resume are c level fighters and that’s being generous lol got dropped by cruiserweight USS Cunningham

How did OCampo ever get to the #3 position? Based on what? That in itself is was makes the IBF a joke.

He's won every fight he's ever had, including your bum hero Deontay Wilder.

Hearn inverted the digit, Schwarzer is not even top 51.

Schwarz is the WBO #2 because of regional belts he won. He slowly moved up the ratings over the last 2 years because fighters ahead of him like Parker, Hughie Fury, Bellew, Haye & a few other WBO top 15 fought for titles or lost eliminators or fights. Schwarz kind of got his ranking by default when others were moved down or dropped from the rankings altogether. The WBO is by far the least recognized organization of the big 4. There is the WBO Europe, WBO Africa, WBO Oriental, WBO Asian Pacific, NABO, WBO Latino, WBO Trans-Oceanic, WBO Intercontinental, WBO International, WBO Latino International, WBO Oriental International & WBO Youth titles. The WBO has 13 regional belts & by holding one of them you will get a top 15 ranking. This is why the WBO has the weakest rankings with fighters who are relatively unknown & undeserving of such a high rank. Fury should steamroll Schwarz as I have about 15 of his fights. He has had trouble with some lower level fighters like Gashi. It is a clear cherry pick but if he beats Scwarz he will move into the #2 spot in the WBO setting up a potential clash with Whyte or even Joshua. They are positioning Fury close to Wilder& AJ's belts. He could very well fight Whyte next in a lucrative all UK matchup with the WBO & WBC # 1 ranking on the line.
