Why does Wilder have to sign a 3 fight deal to DAZN to get the AJ fight? That fight can happen WITHOUT Wilder signing the 3 fight deal. AJ isn't even signed to DAZN so why should Wilder? Did Fury have to sign with PBC to fight Wilder? Hearn and Arum are the ONLY 2 saying Wilder HAS TO sign to their platforms to get a fight.Comment

And more writer/experts(they did poll on ESPN)had Fury not winning(either draw or Wilder win)then winning 8-6 so NO ROBBERY.And how the he ll can ANYONE call out Wilder after AGAIN reading that Fury/Arum don't want fight next or even after that.I said this after ESPN sent deal it was 5 figts with NO fury fight next or even possible 2nd and now you know NOT 2nd.Fury ducked fight live with it fanboys.I mean really how much more clear can it be????Wilder on other hand has signed NO MUTI fight deal yet.And any such deal would have "outs" says Finkel. Now that would be pretty ****** to say if your planning on ducking AJ or Fury fights because it gives away BEST EXCUSE(no fight unless on OUR platform)boy does that last line sound familiar???Maybe because that's what BOTH Hearn/Arum have said.Nice post btwComment

He doesn't, but a $120M deal that can be hammered out in 2-3 years is still good money, considering that these guys are supposed to be prizefighters. You get $120M regardless of if you get Joshua or not, which is why I said the deal itself was legit. I did also note that Joshua's side was still holding up the fight, demanding that Wilder have 3 other fights first.Comment

Did you read story???????????????Its Fury who said NO NEXT FIGHT and now have said NO FIGHT AFTER NEXT.You have to be one he ll of a fanboy hero worshipping idiot to still not get that.It come right from your HERO'S mouth.BTW it was all in 5 fight contract they sent to Wilder no next and MAYBE 2nd now they just took out the maybe.Grow the fu ck up and become a fan of the sport instead of being a fanboy.Comment

These guys are nuts they just read a story that Arum CLEARLY says no next fight we already knew that because he had said it before(in contract they sent no next ,maybe 2nd)NOW they come right out and say NO 2ND FIGHT and these fanboy clowns are posting its Wilder who ducked fight????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????Comment

It absolutely was, considering that Joshua got exactly what he wanted, and wouldn't have had to fight a bunch of PBC heavyweights first. Wilder's team met Joshua's ridiculous demand, only for him to then say he would rather fight at home for less money "for the fans", and that personally constituted a duck in my eyes. Especially so when you factor in that Joshua is fighting in America after making such a thing seem impossible when Wilder was trying to lure him here.
All of that notwithstanding, Hearn offered a Mayweather level contract (assuming there's a percentage) that would culminate in Wilder getting what he wants within 2-3 years. If I'm Wilder, I look at the money offered, look at Hearn's heavyweight stable, then immediately agree to the offer. Saying that he's as bad as Joshua is extreme taking into account that he would no doubt have to fight 3 other people first, but it was a pretty cushy way to a unification fight. If it included 30% or more back end with the guarantees, I absolutely would have taken that deal. Time is money too.Comment
