Pulev is a small step above Fres Oquendo in terms of relevance.

Pulev has backed out twice now from fighting Joshua. It's funny if you are not a Joshua fan why they lined up Takam shortly after signing to fight Pulev?

I'm sure it was a legitimate injury, just like before. Pulev must be about 38-39 now?

87 yr old Bob Arum has managed to cookblock everyone in the welter and heavy scene recently. Boxing will be so much better when he "goes away".

This is why boxing is messed up. Pulev is not a fight anyone wants to see for AJ but we’re all gonna have to sit through it whilst they build Wilder and Joshua’s profiles in the US.

Hard to see Pulev being the best option for AJ. Even with wilder and fury out the picture (assuming the network deals stop a fight this year) I would be expecting AJ to be looking at Whyte, Usyk or Ortiz next. Can’t really see any other options he would take on unless forced too by a governing body (would any really do this yet?)

That's what I thought. WBO were due to call their mandatory later this year.

WBO made a statement prior to the Povetkin fight that it would satisfy their mandatory as well as the WBA but seemed to backtrack on that later.

So now I guess it would be Usyk as mandatory for a fight in mid 2020. IBF is a long way away.

If that amuses you your brain really is smaller than your **** and let’s be honest that’s some achievement in itself not that anyone here is surprised you’ve gotta sit to take a slash.

It's a mandatory, and it's the IBF, so it will happen.
Usyk could get his shot first though if he's feeling up to it.

Pulev will **** his pants again and fake an injury to get out of the fight and then fight somebody like Oscar Rivas

Pulev would be no more than a keep-busy fight for Joshua. Lets see what happens once the Summer's done, Wilder may still decide to accept DAZN's megabucks for the Unification once he see's the numbers for his upcoming fight against Breazeale. Can't see Bob and Frank agreeing to let Fury fight on any channel other than ESPN and BT any time in the next 3 years or so.

I get it. You're a Grabomir fan. You followed his career for years. You absolutely loved when he clinched PEDvekin all night long. You cried when he finally hung up the gloves, you cheered when there were rumors of his return. Now that there's another rumor about Pulev, you're upping him despite the fact he's the David Haye of the current generation - potential wasted.

In any event, Pulev is nobody important, he gets stopped or knocked out by just about everyone currently in conversation INCLUDING Miller. Now, you don't have to call him a bum, he's only lost once. Let him get in there and get sparked out, that'll tell you the story with no extra effort.

                      Done.
