400K is outstanding for Spence's PPV debut. By comparison, lil g vs. Lemieux did 150K and Crawford vs. Postol barely cracked 50K. So in his fist time on PPV, Spence outperformed lil g, who HBO had heavily hyped for years prior, by more than double, and EIGHT TIMES better than Crawford's first PPV.
Downplay it all you want by claming Mikey was a "big draw", it was all due to Fox's marketing, etc., blah blah blah. Fact is, Crawford-Khan wiill be extremely lucky to do 300K tops, and more likely closer to 200K. Keep in mind this being Crawford's 2nd PPV already, and this time with the ESPN hype machine in full effect, a network that's way more influential with sports fans than Fox.
Clear as day if Spence-Crawford ever happens, Spence will be the clear A side to Crawford's C side.
