While I like DAZN and will probably keep it for a while at $9.99 and might even get a year for $100 at a later time I do think they are now officially fooked. That $10 price was so easy for me to tell people about and have them go ahead and purchase it if only for a night. Now that its $20 that changes everything, yes some will pony up $20 for Canelo GGG but after that its gonna be slim pickens. That $100 price point is an even harder sell, yes boxing nerds MIGHT pay it but casuals absolutely will not. Wilder might end up looking like a genius if DAZN folds up in the next 6-12 months...Comment

DAZN just doesn't have the fights to keep me interested in continuing to pay a monthly fee. They will finally have a decent Canelo fight in May and that looks like the only good fight I'm interested in. May stick around for the Joshua vs Miller fight cause it's something new but that fight is a forgone conclusion.Comment

This is such a dumb decision imo. Even if it is somewhat worth it especially the yearly subscription being less. However, there are not enough people who care about boxing and MMA who will pay this.Comment

It makes you wonder....why are so many british boxing fans so adamant about forcing Americans at bayonet (ie insulting them for not lockstepping) point to adopting dazn? What is their motivation? They are not frothing at the mouth and insulting you lot for not watching PBC or Top Rank? This has never been explained and don’t expect it to be because the real reason is good old fashioned “empire” thinking....the imperialist/colonial mindset of “do what we tell you” is sill alive and well in the land of Brexit...Actually they will likely paying the $20 for when he is fighting then Cancel and repeat every time he fights. He only fights 2-3 times a year so you do the math. If he fights twice a year that is $40, if he fights 3 times a year that is $60
For the Hardcore Boxing Fan that watches all matches from Canelo vs Jacobs all the way down to watching a Italy or British Boxing Card full of guys they never heard of...Yeah it is GREAT for the Hardcore Boxing Fans!
The question is, how many Hardcore Boxing Fans exist in America? I would say NOT MANY which is unfortunate but it is true.

That’s the odd part....dazn’s biggest fans and it’s staunchest believers are those who have no access to it in the USA....they simply want to force Americans to suscribe to it. It really is the oddest obsession ever for these people. It begs the question of “what’s in it for you?” I mean do Americans obsess over what brits watch? Do Americans even care?This Spin Mode that some of you guys in is beyond HILARIOUS...
What is really funny though is that it is coming from people who are not even in America but yet they on this Campaign for DAZN and trying to say stuff like "This Is Great!" "This Is A Steal"
It is not just about us the Hardcore Boxing Fans, our subscriptions ALONE cannot maintain DAZN. They need to Casual Sport Fan to buy In and NO the Casual Sports fans are NOT Spending $99 for the year for a APP that they will only use 2-3 times a year to see Canelo
