What a dumbass move. Not even Netflix, Amazon Prime, Espn, make such high increases all at once. Why because doubling the monthly sub price all at once looks bad. My guess is less people will now sign up for it. They should of gradually raised the price instead of 9.99 they should of went to 12.99 then reevaluated to see if the new price was sustainable and to see how many subscribers they obtained. But, 19.99 doubling the price is just a bad idea. Dazn now is probably the highest price online sports or movie network out there. If they had a bigger stable with some top welterweights then maybe they could justify this new price, but they don't.

Yes, they have the yearly option, but the majority of people prefer to pay monthly.

Yes its a good deal for the hardcore fans. I think the main reason they changed the monthly price is because they've got the big Canelo fight coming up and they don't want people just paying 9.99 for one month and cancelling. Raising the monthly price allows them to make more money off the casual fans who will subscribe for just Canelo and then cancel.

The $99.99 annual fee could be an extremely good deal if they have at two or three quality (normally PPV) fights each year. Garcia and Spence was $ 75.00 by itself and it was on the low end of US the PPV scale. Probablt wort paying for a year and then decide to remain or not remain a subscriber based on what they offere.

              Smart move.

Existing subscribers have a choice. Pay $10 a month for the next 11 months ($110). Or sign up to the annual sub for $100. We know plenty of those annual subscription will roll over by choice or by forgetting to cancel.

New subscribers can just pay $20 for the like of Canelo/Jacobs or Joshua/Miller.

Good for you. That'll show them.

Pay them $110 for 11 months instead of $100 for 12 months.
