They will have to go up just like all these other apps. I never do the yearly subscriptions anymore because they can change everything up on you. I signed up with Moviespass a year back and it was perfect for the first 6 to 8 months. Next thing you know it goes from a movie a day to 3 movies a week. Which was still a good deal, but then they changed again and they picked the movie you could watch. It got to the point where there were no movies to watch because they would only let you watch a kids flick for a month.

Shameless. Theyve overspent like mad. Thats enoughh of a price rise to put off some casuals who would want to tune into a run of the mill fight if it was cheaper.

DAZN is now cheaper than showtime plus includes the equivalent of the showtime pay per views. Showtime subscriptions is what is for the suckers now. from mid December through March what has showtime put in boxing wise? Tank Davis vs Ruiz. That’s some sucker shiieeiiiiit right there. 3 months at $10 a month is $30. Suckerz

What a failed venture? I knew they will be going out of business soon because they are losing money.
When you sign all these fighters to long term Multi-$Mil contracts while losing subscribers in the process; Then also, when you factor in that you cannot sign enough talent from the same geographical demographic you are targeting then you knew that a change was inevitable.
If DAZN had exercised its due diligence by researching the latest marketing trends in America. Then they would have realized that it would have been too risky of a venture to set up shop here in the states because boxing is no longer a mainstream sport in the U.S.
So coming here was a huge and colossal mistake. Perhaps if they had chosen an American to run the boxing content on DAZN like Al Haymon instead of Eddie Hearn; Then perhaps it could have had a chance of succeeding, since Al has the largest stable of boxers in the world today.

Heck, you can't even watch MLB games.

Having Dazn, espn + and pbc is great for boxing fans.
It’s cheaper than when we used to have hbo, showtime and multiple ppv’s a year. By a lot actually.
Let’s not stand on ceremony here....that’s what Hearn is about....and dlh has done the same in the last week with his attempt to lure Spence to golden Boy

I just find it funny when PBC was paying fighters it was a bad thing. When DAZN does it at an even more extreme level it's great.

I'm cool with that!
$100 bucks a year is still hella cheap to me so I don't have a problem with the pricing.
If a motherfuccer can't afford $100 a year for boxing and other content then they definitely got bigger problems in their lives....
Only the broke biitches are the ones complaining about the price!

No problem with that, just purchase what you want and what you could afford. For those people, the 9.99 monthly subscription was obviously the best way to go.
If they don't wanna pay or can't pay then just don't pay. But don't sit behind the keyboard and talk shet to us who are paying... Cause like I said, if they can't afford $100 a year for boxing then who's really the one in trouble???
