What were the PPV numbers for Spence-Garcia? How is one a PPV star without having any numbers posted.

So far word is the PPV numbers are approaching 400k which is not MAYWESTHER like but they are very respectable. SPENCE VS PAC will probably do 800k.

Some outlets have reported, don't know if they are factual. But they are saying 200,000 to 250,000, which is ok for first time out. But considering how much Fox spent on advertising, you would think it would do better. But it's definitely not the 1 million buys Schaefer was predicting and I don't see Spence fights being on PPV unless it's against Crawford.

That's exactly what happened! That's why Spence's target for 2020 should be Canelo @ 160! No one can give him a bigger payday in the sport, and that will break the record @ AT&T...easy! Those fans want revenge (and they'll pay to see it), even though it was the Mexican who called out Spence Jr., and not the other way around!

Yep No one knew who spence was. Only hardcore fans. It was because people were supporting Garcia. Same with a fight with Pac will buy it because of Pac not Spence. Same with Canelo. Wonder how Crawford- Spence would do? Both guys are known by hardcore fans, not casuals.

I recently posted that Spence Jr. should be targeting Canelo @ 160 for 2020! I said the difference between Errol fighting Canelo, or Crawford, is like Mayweather fighting Oscar or Zab! Both good fighters, but the numbers are very different! Now if he beats Canelo, everyone will know his name! Manny will help him get there too! If Errol fights Manny in AT&T Stadium, the casuals will know him, and they'll probably want him to fight Canelo next too!

If I was advising Errol, it would be Pacquiao next, Brian Carlos Castano in the winter, and then Canelo for 2020 Cinco de Mayo Weekend! If no Pacquiao, I would go straight to BCC! He has to hurry, b/c I don't think Canelo will be @ 160 much longer! I think 2020 is do or die for Canelo vs. Spence Jr.!

Mayweather’s first ppv was against Gatti in a crackin display of violence. That ppv did 340k buys. If Spence’s did 400, near 400, or exceeded 400 then he not only got a higher ppv first time out than Mayweather did but sold more seats at 47k+, and earned a whole lot more in the era of $80.00 ppvs im comparison to the $30-$50 of the early Mayweather ppv era.

This will not happen with any fighter and DAZN... First thing DAZN marketing platform is you can watch Canelo for 10.00 a month... if this the case you can't make it a pay per view... people aint ****** they will just buy the 10.00 app and not buy ppv... why pay 75.00 when u can pay 10.00... The DAZN fighters will never be on PPV...

I needed a good laugh. The card was stacked with Mexicans, not bruvas. And its known that we bruvas cant afford ppv. That's why Floyd only fought on 5 de Mayo and Mexican Independence Day. Let's see Spence fight on MLK Day or Black Friday, then well see the numbers. Nah sayin?
