All parties are at fault in my opinion. At this point I think pride (mostly of the promoters and advisors) is preventing any of the Big 3 from fighting each other. I don't expect to see any of them fight each other anytime soon.

Wilder is putting his team and family risk. Hearn will destroy him. Hopefully, it's not too late for Wilder to apologize to Eddie and salvage the rest of his career.Comment

They're building the h3ll out of This fight. Pretty soon we're really gonna see some of us posting here going back and forth like during the FMJ/ PAC days. LMBAO
They're gonna come to an agreement and have this fight in the 1st quarter of next year.
The question is, will it be PPV or DAZN. Because you can't do a dual broadcast with DAZN's platform and sell a PPV. Hmmm let's see? Pay 10 bucks to stream or 100 bucks via TV? Lol.Comment

Since you're using the commission filing for Wilder's supposed 2-3 million, will you also go by AJ's commission filing after June 1 when we find out one of his official purses for the first time ever in his career? If his official purse is 7 or 8 million and not 35 million, what will you say?Comment

hahahahhaa sounds like its right up your alley...money is not everything, people dont need that much...I'm not lying man I would not do that for double that number...I make a nice living, not even 6 digits but money is not the be all end all, in fact there is no price for what you speak of!...not everyone on this site dreams of pipe in their mouth for pay...speak for yourselfComment

But maybe, just maybe, Wilder wants a relationship with Al Haymon, and Showtime, way beyond his time in the ring? Maybe setting up his career, the way he wants, is his way of taking care of his family and business? Maybe all you can see is the short-term game, and not the long money! To top it all off, signing with DAZN makes it easier to negotiate with Hearn, but it was not the negotiations themselves! Maybe Wilder just don't want to f**k with Eddie Hearn! He wouldn't be thbe first! You sound young, so here's a ***el: "A man that stands for nothing, will fall for anything!"Comment

But Hearn most definitely is Joshua's boss. When Joshua wanted the 50 million, Hearn said no and legally there was nothing Joshua could do about it.
Nothing wrong with having a boss. The day may come when Joshua decides to only work with promoters on a fight by fight basis. Until then, he has a boss. He didn't hire Hearn. Hearn hired him. He doesn't pay Hearn, Hearn pays him.Comment

Both sides are playing hardball over who will run THE PROMOTION of the fight. Looks like hearn is upset bc he thought for sure in any case that they would run it. Now, neither Tyson nor Wilder HAVE to play ball with him ... and they have enough money coming their way to pass on the AJ fight altogether. For now anyway. Matchroom is frustrated ...
When all else fails, start name-calling and claiming someone is scared or ducking. This is all about money folks, and not just money for the fighters.
And don't come to me talking about I don't wanna see the best fights. I do, but this is the business, and these boys are playing hardball. Fan-girls will express their OUTRAGE (as if someone gives a d*mn) long and loud.
Shut up and watch it play out or go whine somewhere .... (it's better with cheese).
PS - Nobody ever HAS to do want you want them to do. Respect and cordiality in negotiations are key.Comment
