I pay very close attention. Every day. You're taking Hearn's interviews at face value, slurping up the narrative he's feeding you. "Sending numerous contracts" is an empty gesture. That's not how fights are made. You agree to the major points in principle first, then you go to a long form contract.
There was nothing suspect about the 50 million offer. Hearn said he had some questions about it and Haymon answered the questions to his satisfaction, but that Team Joshua decided they'd rather fight in the UK. Which is fine. That's their right, but it doesn't change that the offer was legitimate.
Its not about what Hearn says. Its what Finkel is doing... NOTHING. One very suspect offer and no contracts in over 12 months. Calls and emails ignored, meetings declined ect. You compare that to AJ's side and theres no comparison. If you truly want a fight, you need to make the effort. I only see one side doing that.Last edited by guyver8; 03-20-2019, 03:37 PM.Comment

I actually agree with you .However whether is fair or not Each fighter is synonymous with the other. You cant interview Joshua without talking about wilder and Vice versa. That Winkle is a leech I always knew it.
Dazn number one goal is to increase subscription if both Wilder and Joshua win their fights in emphatic style there will be a bigger demand for this fight . Wilder is already even with getting a draw is on the 40% mark. Hearn out of desperation to make the fight has even talked about upping the percentage. That sum could easily be 50 million by July
no sound business school would ever dare teach that. it's a dumb business decision, and any businessman who thinks like that usually ends up losing big at some point. the house always wins.Comment

And even though Wilder is way more popular than the US heavyweights from that period and making way more money, we should blame him for the drought that proceeded him instead of praising for repairing the soil and helping usher in a heavyweight resurgence?Comment

If Wilder would’ve signed with dazn Hearn and Joshua would’ve pulled another b#@cha$$ move just like last time. Good for them if they really wanted the fight Wilder he wouldn’t need to sign a three fight deal they tried to set Wilder up and he didn’t fall for it and now hearns back to throwing tantrums again.... clownComment
