It aint like Garcia lost a tough fight. He didn't do a damn thing saturday and so little of everything he did to make him a great boxer. Seems he forgot it was a fight not some training sesion to see how his controlled weight would handle recieving shots for 12 rounds. Such a bad loss it did worse for him than the loss itself. He lost the right to dictate who he fights at a Lomochenco level.

The idea that Loma should move up to 140 is just ******.

He is small at 135. He would be most effective at 130. Anyone with eyes can see this.

Anyone with eyes can also see that Mikey didn't bulk up with muscle to get to 147. He looked fat and soft, and too thick through the gut.

He can get to 135. He won't be damaging himself by losing muscle - he'll be improving himself by shedding flab. He defended his title at that 135 just over half a year ago. Being addicted to pizza isn't an excuse, or having sloppy discipline, or not caring enough about boxing.

If Mikey wants it, it will happen, and it will happen at 135 without any real detriment to him.

If anyone is calling for it at 140 - then they don't want the fight to happen.

Lomachenko is a very good fighter, and I’ve always given him the props he’s deserved. But ive never saw him winning a Mikey fight.

My main issue with him has been that he’s languished too long in a weight divisions with little to no real talent in it.

Then when Mikey is available at 135 he avoids his career defining fight. His career path is mimicking ggg’s lazy path of avoidance.

If he keeps up this lousy game of possum, someone’s gonna move up and embarrass his comfortable azz, just like Canelo did ggg.
          Good one. Green K.

His name is Gervonta Davis. He'll beat the crap out of anyone in his lane at 135, fighting or boxing. Be in tune and learn without hate!

He talked too much before the Spence fight too.

The Garcia's series with seckback are just Arrogance at his best.

What you think about Mikey fighting Baranchyk or Omar Figueroa Jr.? Which is the better fight?
              Omar Figueroa.

Edited to show all that matters. Mikey doesn't like the jab even if it doesn't have power because he isn't going to do jack about it thrown in his face, as we saw with Spence. Spence was throwing with power and Mikey was still tentative. Loma will at least put snap on it.
l0m0 doesn't have "snap" on his jab. l0m0's best bet is to keep away from Mikey & try to win on the cards since he is faster than Mikey.

I agree, but there's no title involved, but I wouldn't care! Speaking of GRJ, did you see this BS:

Showtime plans on putting on an April 27 card on which featherweight world titlist Gary Russell Jr. is supposed to defend his belt in one of the bouts. Russell’s team wants to match him with former junior featherweight world titlist Kiko Martinez, though no deal is done yet, sources told ESPN on Monday. The chronically inactive Russell has fought only once a year since 2015, when he won the belt. Martinez is 3-0-1 since losing a majority decision in May 2017 to Josh Warrington, who later won a featherweight belt.

I'm done with Fam if he fights Martinez! LSC or Tank! MAN UP!

Not sure I see him going back down to 135, not too soon anyway. I think 135 may be Loma's limit also..so we may not get that fight.

There's some good fighters at 140 though, i'd be interested in seeing how Garcia gets on against them.
