Do you guys really think DAZN and ESPN are going to stop making Deontay offers?

Look, I like Wilder, and I admit I don't know all the details that might be pushing him a different direction than DAZN, but from the outside looking in, it seems Wilder is being used as a pawn to protect the economic benefits of the PBC brand and Showtime.

Im a hardcore boxing fan and I just want to watch good fights.

I dont give a flying *** about deals that dont involve me. I couldnt give a rat’s ass about what Willder is receiving.

So Wilder is ducking because he won't sign an exclusive deal with DAZN or ESPN just to fight Fury or AJ? Wilder has his reasons as to not wanting to be tied down and owe ESPN and DAZN fights just to fight one of their guys. Wilder/AJ can be made on Showtime PPV as well. If these networks really want to make the fights, then their is no reason why they just can't make a one fight deal similar to how Showtime did with Wilder/Fury.

Call it what you want, just acknowledge that it is Wilder who is holding up the fight. As i've said before, you guys want to laud team Wilders business plan of rejecting offers and getting more money down the line, but then take issue with it being called a duck and pretend AJ's side aren't going out of their way to make this fight. It's a calculated one, but a Duck none the less.

Its just hilarious seeing all these critical thinkers breaking down why Deontay rejected the offer. The same people who will swear blind aj ducked the fight for rejecting an offer of 50 mil. Even though he’s pretty much made that from the povetkin and miller fights. Based on wilders current purses how long will it take him to make 100 mil?

Wilders old enough to be stalled out, almost lost his last two fights and can't make anywhere near the money Joshua can fighting second rate opponents. Its not a great position at all.
Wilder fans think Wilder can use Joshua desire for legacy against himself, if Joshua gets on some Wilder **** himself, Wilder is ****ed. Joshua will probably make $60m this year without fighting either Wilder or Fury, that's a great position. he could easily just make more money than anyone else while waiting for someone else to take the belt off Wilder or for Wilder to decline. Wilders betting on himself yes, but he's also betting on Joshua taking the fight when Wilder wants it. Joshua could easily do to Wilder what Wilder has done thus far. That's a weak position to be in.

Yep, and he's just gone from PPV to regular Showtime.

The dumbass just weakened his own hand. No way AJ should give him 40% now.
