              Canelo smashed Khan
              Ggg shattered Brooks eye
And now Spence made Garcia look like an amatuer.
There are exceptions to the rules: Roberto Duran, Roy Jones Jr., Floyd Mayweather, and Manny Pacquiao! Mikey is just not on that level! I think he can be a great champion @ 140! I hope he doesn't dwell on that loss! As for Spence Jr., I hope he goes up for Canelo in 2020! "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

Garcia isnt even a top 10 welter, maybe even top 20 as youd fancy fighters like josesito lopez or peg leg benavidez to maybe a nick or round or two off spence but mikey couldn't even do that. What a way to ruin a career by fighting at a weight that isnt suitable

Maybe peg leg could get a couple rounds against Spence (or not) before getting stopped but you think Josesito Lopez would steal a round? I'm not so sure about that. He wouldn't last 6 rounds with Spence.

He should of stayed at 135. While he does everything well he doesn't do anything special. He isn't going to be a top dog at 147 and if he goes down in weight it will most likely weaken him. He needs big fights at this point but he moved too far up in weight to be able to win any meaningful fights. If he stayed at 135 he could of fought Loma, Linares, and a Haney or Teofimo in a year or 2. He could of offered fights to guys sitting a weight class below like Berchelt, Davis, or Farmer. Instead he's either going to stay and lose to the top guys at 147 or have serious issues trying to get by guys like Regis Prograis, Taylor, and Hooker at 140. I could see him beating Relikh and Baranchyk though. He just made his career a lot harder and much shorter than it had to be. He stepped up but in doing so he shortened his options tremendously.

Mikey vs Pacman is an ideal battle of lightweights in a welterweight setting before Spence damaged Mikey. Pacman should retire now.
