Loma now knocks Mikey out. His punch resistance is a lot weaker now since absorbing those blows from Spence. Remember when Roy Jones, jr moved up in weight and came back down to Light Heavyweight? He was never the same fighter. It ruined him. His punch resistance was never the same or neither was his reflexes. I see the same thing happening to Mikey Garcia. It's just like what Timothy Bradley has said. Mikey Garcia's career could be done.

Loma is small for the division and I think he'd get stopped. Loma is highly skilled but the combination of Mikey's skill and size will be too much. As for it being "easy work", I seriously doubt it. I think Loma will make a good fight of it.

Second, spare me this bullshit that Loma "avoided" Mikey. Loma has talked about this fight numerous times and it's inevitable assuming Mikey goes back down to 135.

You Loma detractors need to stop sniffing glue. For fucks sake you buffoons accused Loma of ducking Mikey before his gloves were taken off at the end of his first fight at 130.

Yep, that can happen going down in weight. Leonard took Hagler's best and was more hurt when he dropped in weight by lesser punchers. Same with Chris Byrd who moved down to 175 and was stopped by a mediocre fighter. I doubt Garcia will ever make 135 again. Not a healthy choice,

I was pretty sure Mikey would beat the brakes off Loma before the Spence fight.

Assuming he can fully recover from the punishment Errol dished out, now I am 100% certain he walks thru Loma easily.

First off, obviously anyone who uses body bag in a description is emotional and logic is not found in the chambers of the human heart so you are thinking with emotions. Mikey will not go back down to 135, or easily at all, he would be draining himself. On top of that, Lom like thousands and thousands of other fighters, dont have to have power to win on points. It is about outscoring. Mikey's footwork is abysmal and Lom would be using angles and speed. Losing to Spence was like being attacked by a vicious dog. Losing to Lom would be like being hit by a hornets nest. Neither is easy to handle for different reasons. He had a better shot of winning against Lom had he chose the Lom fight first but taking punishment in his last fight (which Lom has never taken a sustained beating like that) and losing weight to make 135 would put him at a disadvantage against Lom going in. Lom by clear decision.

Loma is way too skilled, quick and too much movement for Garcia.

I like Mikey but his style is way too orthodox to deal with Loma. He would get his head boxed off in a wide UD. I always felt that, it has nothing to do with him losing to Spence.

I doubt Loma really puts a dent in him, just disheartens him.
