Crawford and Spence. In that order. The rest are tier two and lower.

Spence and Crawford stand out above the rest.

I said it last week, but Porter/DSG/Ugas are on the same level. Those are coin flip fights.

Thurman healthy is above that but below Spence/Crawford.

And Pacman is somewhere there between Thurman and the ones below him.

      Tier 1: Spence/Crawford
      Tier 2: Healthy Thurman/Pacman
      Tier 3: Porter/Ugas/DSG
Yes sir. I dig your thinking. Keep it up!

I still aint sure about how I feel myself. But I think my list goes similar to what people have mentioned.

        Spence/Thurman
        Pac
        Crawford/Porter/Ugas/DSG
        Everybody else

I think Pac is on his last year for sure, Crawford is given too much credit IMO, Porter just lost IMO, DSG is a good win from going up a tier.
I think Spence is the man to beat because of Thurman being out for some time.

I wouldnt consider any of them as 'the top dog'. Youve got spence fighting a lightweight and going after a 40 year old, and youve got crawford fighting a guy who had been shot in the knee and then someone with no chin. Its one of the worst divisions in boxing.

Garcia got outboxed by Porter, he isnt that good. I would even rank Ugas over him and would be confident in Ugas winning if they fought.

For recent WW wins, I'd look at putting Thurman around the top mark. But based on who beats who I'd go :

                  Spence
                  Crawford
                  Thurman.
