    Rank current fighters @ Welterweight

After watching the last few fights at Welterweight, I am curious to know peoples opinions. It is a pretty stacked division so I know there is room for debate. How do you rank the Welterweight division?

They're all neck and neck with each other. There is no clear cut welter thats miles ahead of the pack.

Mix and match any of these guys: Spence, Thurman, Porter, Danny Garcia, Crawford, Manny and they are all coin flip fights IMO.

Disagree big time with this statement.

Spence and Crawford stand out above the rest.

I said it last week, but Porter/DSG/Ugas are on the same level. Those are coin flip fights.

Thurman healthy is above that but below Spence/Crawford.

And Pacman is somewhere there between Thurman and the ones below him.

        Tier 1: Spence/Crawford
        Tier 2: Healthy Thurman/Pacman
        Tier 3: Porter/Ugas/DSG

How quick we are to forget that Danny and Porter both fought razor close fights with thurman.

Sorry but crawfords resume is way too weak to make him stand out. Same with errol.

It’s simple if you have the eyes for boxing and the IQ of knowing what to really look for in fights!

              1. Spence
              2. Crawford
              3. Porter
              4. Pacquiao
              5. Thurman
              6. D.Garcia
              7. Ugas
              8. Vacant
              9. Vacant
              10. Vacant

Spence is the best and last night he showed other wrinkles to his game!

Crawford is the second best and arguably the best skill wise but hasn’t really made that claim he’s the best yet, Bob fuçked him over with the Pacquiao fight so he needs to start openly demanding that Bob need to make concessions so Bud can get in there with the best at 147!

The rest are on similar levels, Pacquiao is way past his prime and will lose whenever he steps in the ring with a prime natural welterweight!

Porter just got a gift decision against Ugas who proved he’s a top 10 welterweight and is simply not skilled enough to be in the upper echelons with Bud and Spence!

Thurman has the best resume out of all the welterweights not named Pacquiao but has just been active again after nearly years of inactivity where he nearly lost to a career journeyman!

Danny IMO should’ve got the victory against Porter but still lost close fights to both Porter and Thurman! A few swing rounds his way and he’d have the best resume at welterweight! Still a top 10 welterweight who can bounce back in top 5

Ugas showed his level as he would say, against Porter he was robbed of a victory but some of that was due to himself doing more showboating than throwing punches! This is due to inexperience at the top level, I’m sure he’ll learn from it and will be back to prove he belongs with the best!

Everyone else is not close to those guys IMO

As i said, GTFOH with that crap.

Go score that fight yourself and let us know your score. That fight was so easy for Thurman he took his foot off the gas in the later rounds.

The Porter fight was close but not the Garcia fight.

Don't think DSG's fight with Thurman was all that close to be honest. Thought it was like 9-3 for Thurman, give or take a round.

DSG and Porter was a razor close fight and Thurman vs Porter was a close fight, but Thurman won that fairly clean as well. Thurman has proven he deserves to be ranked above them. But Spence and Crawford to me are a level above.
