This fight should have never happened. Mikey was never going to beat Spence and Spence was never going to get credit for beating a smaller guy. It's just like as if Spence fought a 4p year old Pacquiao, no credit. Now if Spnece went over to ESPN to fight Crawford, that would put him in the top 5 P4P!

I'm not going to give Garcia credit for coming into a fight trying only to survive to the last bell! Top p4p guys don't do that. Garcia has been picking on the smaller fighters at 135 and people want to credit him for that! This is the first time in Mikey's career he faced an elite fighter. Beating Broner, Liponet, Zlaticanin, and Easter doesn't make you a top p4p fighter.

guess you fail to realize that the cherry picking and gift decision part of my comment applies largely to Mexicans as well. As far as the Garcia team, they're American. Mexicans from Mexico aren't about the smoke as much anymore. Most of them choose to fight landscapers, UK bums or old men.

I hate to agree with u but ALL true. He hasn't fought one elite fighter. He didn't press one time. No skills is what he showed. There was a time Mikey did an overhand over Spence's jab and caught him. Spence then knew he couldn't be reckless. I am a big Spence fan but I give credit where it's due. Of course Spence wanted to knock Garcia out but it just didn't happen. Also note the way Spence was going to the body while protecting his own, that meant he couldn't give Mikey very hard shots to the body. They were body shots but not energy sapping like he always does. With boxing it takes 2 to Tango and like they say styles make fights. Garcia made Spence fight the way he did and vice versa.
