The fighters have to do combat, promoters and sponsors of all stripes then have to feel that said boxer and boxing events will generate X amount of cash via tickets, interest, and promotions, which then translates to a fighters purse. Cubans and Eastern Europeans have the same hurdles to climb as any other fighter to thus generate a flow of money in the market. No one is GIVING black fighters any extra benefits.
