The author doesn’t make the right comparison with the GGG example compared to Spence. GGG fought Brook as his Third option after Billy Joe Saunders and Eubank both turned down the fight. GGG stopped Brook in 2 rounds, as an all time great fighter should. Spence boxed great, but against a guy that coming up 2 divisions. Should have gotten the KO to show his dominance if he’s at that elite level. Author merely mentions GGG was more experienced and bigger puncher, but Spence has had a number of fights and should have gone for the KO in his prime
