Comments Thread For: Abel Sanchez: Garcia is Special, But Biting Off A lot With Spence

Abel Sanchez, best known as the trainer for middleweight star Gennady Golovkin, would love to see Mikey Garcia pull off the upset on Saturday night - but he's not very confident of that outcome taking place. He expects Errol Spence to use his advantages in size and power to secure the win.

Yes, we get it Abel. Spence reminds you of your kid Terry Norris.

Disabel at his best. Whoever wins this fight, he'll say he knew it all along

Good comments from Abel. I like the Duran Hagler reference. If Mikey goes 12 and loses it will still feel like a victory for him and a loss for Spence. But I see a quick Spence KO like most people

It's the welterweight champ he stands the best chance against though.

Mikey would stand a better chance against Porter quite easily. And Thurman as well, especially in his current form. Porter, especially if he tried to stay on the outside against Mikey would lose a decision.

So no, Mikey didn't go after the champ he has the best chance against. Stylistically, the worst match up for him would 1. Crawford 2. Spence.

I think Spence will make Mickey quit.... Robert will throw in the towel. Round 8-10.
