stuff like this SHOULD ABSOLUTELY be unacceptable to any boxing fan no matter which side of the fence you are on....wilders people have come up with AJs money and then accepted a UK offer(which couldn't meet wilders one demand of a 2018 fight)....wilders side is willing to work with them .....these guys want the whole thing and nothing less
and no one is surprised....DAZN needs a profitable fight like this, all to themselves, to recoup the money they are pissing away
if I'm wilder and he still believes he has opponents for 2 years I say "fugg it...continue paying aj 20 mil a fight for guys nobody cares about and well see how much you need the fight by then"...
stuff like this is plain unacceptable....theres plenty of money in this fight to go around and satisfy EVERYONE.....but these guys desperately need 100 percent of it or else theyre going to bleed money...SAD
Right you are...
DAZN want the fight to happen. Hearn / Joshua want the fight to happen. Wilder / his team want the fight to happen... but the issue is that DAZN want to offer Wilder a 3 fight offer that would blow his career earnings out of the water right now in order to make it happen?

How can they not be representing Joshua when they are talking to Wilder about the financials of a fight with Joshua.
You think Joshua and Hearn don't know what the deal is? Seriously mate.
Wilder would be signing a similar deal. As Hearn mentioned, it could be a one or three fight deal (Joshua rematch). Heck it could be a five or six fight deal, who knows. As Hearn mentioned, Joshua would also be signing a one or two fight deal with DAZN for the Wilder fight much like the one he signed to fight Miller.

However please recognize, when DAZN approaches Wilder regarding fighting Joshua, they won't be representing AJ. So while Hearn won't be left out in discussions regarding what AJ gets from DAZN, he will certainly be left out of discussions regarding what Wilder gets from DAZN.Originally posted by EnglishOxide View PostThat's some seriously backwards logic you have there.

They are giving him $30million+ to fight Miller!
And no, I don't love Hearn. I like him as a promoter, because he helped revitalise the sport in the UK and is trying to do the same thing in the US. Which, bizarrely is the reason why PBC fanatics hate him.
Yes, he talks a lot, and he talks to everybody, on record, friend or foe, both in person and on social media. And how is that a bad thing? Would you like him more if he never gave interviews, never interacted with fans and journalists, never posted updates on social media, or even showed his face in public, like Haymon?Last edited by kafkod; 03-13-2019, 03:16 PM.

The link below gives an example of how DAZN USA works for Joshua. They pay him a flat fee for fighting in the US and he makes money off his exclusive rights deal in the UK with Sky.

There is a lot more involved in making a fight like AJ vs Wilder than just the money.

Do you think he would be fighting Canelo next if he was still with PBC? Not a fckn chance and you know it, so stfu up with your ******ed nonsense.
