Vargas would lack punching power at 154.

Vargas already lacks punching power at 147. Let's be real, most guys at 154 are really 160 guys who managed to cut hard enough to make 154 weigh in day before ballooning back up. Ain't no way Vargas is knocking out a 154 guy.

He even lacked punching power at 140

                I agree with you.

He has to be advised to either stay at 147 or scale down to 140.

Jaime Munguia will knock him out if he dare fight him at 154.
