Neither Showtime of Fox are willing to pay the kind of numbers Bob is offering. Also a fact, like it or not.
Marketing to an American audience would mean putting those fights on the platform with the broadest base. That is not what Arum would do.

When you say, sign now, fight later, that's "marinating!" Wilder was ready NOW! Just like Prograis was ready for Ramirez ASAP! That's just how Bob works!

It's called hedging your bet! You tell Fighter A if they beat Fighter C (and you own Fighter C) they get to face Fighter B (who you also own). You get to make money off Fighter A twice, just in case he beats your guys! Win or lose, you make money! Same thing Bob did with Prograis, just to protect Ramirez!

This right here. They will hide the options requirement behind words like largest purse ever.

Right, but I was referring to the idea that he was somehow marketing to an American audience. If he said their prelim fight would be on ESPN then yes. But it would be on ESPN+, which has a tiny audience and does little other than help Bob meet his quota.

Great point! I was thinking about Arum's statement of Haymon being scared! If Arum wasn't scared, he wouldn't require multi-fight deals! Why couldn't Prograis fight Ramirez? Why does Wilder have to fight on ESPN+ first, then Fury?

Dude Arum is lying out his ass. Many PBC fighters have fought Arum's fighters on other networks and fought fighters from other promotional companies not affiliated with PBC.

Arum is the one isolating his fighters from Haymon. All you have to do is look at the Floyd/Pac situation and most recently look at the Wilder vs Fury rematch situation. The fight was ready to go, everything was agreed to. And then Arum came into the picture almost literally said: "My way or the high way" and "we don't have to fight Wilder next" and all that bullshieet that made you realise instantly that Arum had no intention of making the rematch and at the very least had no intention of being reasonable in negotiations.

At this point I’m convinced that Bob will outlive us all and he knows it which is why he isn’t worried about fûçking up big fights as long as he meets his quota and get his great great great great great great great grandkids paid!

Dude fûçked up 2 fights within a couple of months

                      Wilder vs Fury 2
Andrade vs Sanders(not the first go around but they recently were set to fight again)
