Porters never been a draw. Don't know why they saved his ass with that gift, Ugas matches up for better fights.

What a damn shame? The sad part about it is that Fox marketed the Hell out of this fight and the numbers still came back dismal.

In addition, they do a pre-fight show every Saturday afternoon on their free Fox television network, in order to help build awareness and interests to the PBC brand in general and its fighters in particular.

            Well that sucks.

But like the other user said, Ugas is virtually unknown and Porter has an ugly style.

I enjoyed the fight though. Ugas should have gotten the nod but a rematch might sell well.

Give them a month off then start negotiains for a rematch. Do it this summer.

Meh its not too bad. About as good as you might expect against Lakers/Celtics. The numbers in the demo are fine. Not spectacular, but decent.

I don’t follow this sort of thing enough to have a frame of reference. But I do know that boxing isn’t what it used to be, and these are simply not big names within a sport that has seen better days. I don’t know what people here expect. The numbers seem, at least to this layperson, fairly reasonable, all things considered.
