VERONA, New York Eddie Hearn was blunt with Jermall Charlo. During their recent phone conversation, Hearn told the WBC interim middleweight champion that he is making a mistake by not signing with Hearn's Matchroom Boxing USA and DAZN, the free-spending streaming service with which Hearn works. Almost every other elite middleweight is contractually committed to having his fights streamed on DAZN, which just made a massive offer to WBC heavyweight champ Deontay Wilder as well.

As much as it sickens me to say it,charlo should go to Dazn. Showtime needs to invest in boxing if they wanna remain top dog,& they haven't been putting up near dazn offers.

Just like I said. Haymons priority is SHO and FOX. And rightfully so. They signed their deals with Haymon having control of fighters like Charlo and wilder. Their rights fees are where Haymon makes most of his money. He has to look out for himself first.

Because I think Hearn is just another Cancer to the sport like Bob Arum. Haymon can't be blamed nearly as much because his fighters are free agents,so its on them when they face scrubs. It also sickens me that showtime is letting all their talent go cheap,so they might exit like hbo if Dazn continues what their doing.

If Haymon has his clients interests before his own, he leads them to the money and big fights. If he has his own interests in mind (PBC/FOX) he keeps them at home fighting on his networks regardless of big fight availability. It's just sad that even with HBO bowing out, we still are in the same position with guys scattered all over the place making it hard to make some great fights.

If that's that case then Crawford should just go to the PBC since that is where all the top guys are, Bivol should go to ESPN. It's not even the networks that are the issue, its the fact that there are too many titles in each division and these organizations take forever to enforce their mandatory fights.

As much as people don't like Haymon he never says you have to sign with him to get a fight, unlike Arum and Hearn.

you have it backwards. Most guys say Crawford shouldn’t have resigned with Top Rank and went to PBC while at the same time they say Hearn and gbp should work with Haymon so Wilder and charlo can fight AJ and Canelo.

They act like Haymon would really let Spence and Garcia etc fight Crawford with Crawford not signed to pbc or act like Haymon would voluntarily allow Jermall to fight on DAZN or espn lol.

Haymon is no different than top rank Hearn or Gbp. He always looks out for his personal intests first. It cracks me up how his nuthuggers don’t see that
