Comments Thread For: Wilder: I'd Definitely Rather Fight Breazeale On Fox Than PPV

Takam was mando and Parker was unification and Breazeale was a nothing fight but still a step up unless you want to count him as AJ's 7th best win under Martin. When did I say Wilder doesn't deserve the AJ fight at all loony boy? Also I stated Breazeale was a mando so Wilder fighting him is not what I'm criticising, if could read you'd know that, just the numbers show how much more of a bum beater Wilder is to AJ.Whomp-whomp-whomp! You're embarrassed for you, you can't be embarrassed for me. You fan-girls kept saying for a year that Ortiz & Wilder didn't 'deserve' an AJ fight. I've responded for a year that Breazeale, Takam, and Parker didn't 'deserve' fights either by your criteria. Breazeale is a mandatory and a much more EXPERIENCED fighter now than when AJ fought him. AJ CHOSE to fight him, the WBC is forcing Deontay. End of class ...
AJ 16 fight novice - Wilder 41 Veteran
AJ 6th best win after next fight if he wins (23 fights)
Wilder 2nd best win if he wins (42 fights)
Why did you go full ******?Comment

I already provided a link with a time stamp.
I wouldn’t call myself a fanatic on either side, and I like to think I only weigh in on this stuff when there’s something obvious to be said. So it pisses me off when someone calls me a liar because what I said doesn’t fit their brain-washed agenda.
I provided stone-cold proof of something which this Scipio flat-out denied ever happened (calling me a liar in the process). Maybe he’ll open his eyes just a tiny bit now or maybe even admit that he was wrong, but I doubt it. The guy is clearly too far gone into his own view of the world to be even remotely objective.Comment

That's if the terms are debatable Wilders team stated they wanted 100% control of the show so when they won't meet you and won't send terms, what do you ask for for more info on what you're gonna have to do for the money? Its true for boxing and that's what we are discussing. Canelo GGG 2 was negotiated fully before contracts were drawn and sent for signature. Just like Wilder Fury was.
I didn't attempt to change the timeline or defend anything. I just stated facts regarding when Hearn mentioned 40% to the media.Comment

These guys try so hard to force the blame to fall on one side they change timelines, quotes, facts and just refuse to give in when they're wrong. Prime example is how they excuse Finkel not attending the meeting as it was a waste of time due to Hearn but Finkel still did everything to make the fight happen apperently, how delusional can you get?I already provided a link with a time stamp.

Also ironic him calling people a liar especially when he comes up with his magic figures constantly.Comment

Draft contracts are always sent. Until a contract is approved it is a draft contract by its very nature, and it won’t be approved until it has been looked over by a lawyer acting for the other party to the contract. Even if all terms were agreed prior to drafting, the lawyer acting for the other party would still need to check the wording etc.Its true for boxing and that's what we are discussing. That proved to not be the case as Hearn received additional information such that their final decision was "we would rather fight in the UK". As for the terms, they had the terms, just didn't have fine print.Comment

What was this additional information and where are the sources?
I don't remember this and I can't find it, does it even exist?Comment

That's true, but principals don't negotiate by sending contracts back and forth. As you indicated in a previous post of yours, the draft contract is developed based upon the agreed-upon terms. To me, some believe that negotiations are kicked off by sending a draft contract with terms that haven't been agreed upon.Draft contracts are always sent. This was a direct quote from AJ.
“It’s the first time I’ve ever had issues on the financial side for a fight. Let’s say for instance tat $50 million we spoke about. Listen, it’s a hell of a lot of money and an honor to even have that number thrown at me. But when you dissected it and what it was, it was kind of like a rights fee–we own you for this amount of money. The issue that I had is that I’ve got long-standing contracts in place and certain partnerships. So you may put that money forward and think you own me 100% but you may only own 50%, so that makes their 50 worth 25%.”Comment
