I try to avoid the really ******ed posts on here...just abide by 3 and you're blocked...but this is a different kind of ******. Calling out someone's grammar usage, while also making spelling errors while incorrectly correcting their grammar.

They're and They've are called "contractions." A contraction is a shortened version of the written and spoken forms of a word, syllable, or word group, created by omission of internal letters and sounds. The letter omitted is replaced by an apostrophe. "they are" becomes "they're" and it's 100% normal unless you are a cyborg.

Just to clarify, a contraction is different from a Portmanteau where two words will be combined to make a new word like how "Motor Hotel" became/becomes "Motel"
