This is so *****ed up. Poor woman. She clearly wasn't well. What kind of a trigger happy pu$$y a$$ cop fatally shoots an old lady getting medical attention? My heart goes out to the Plant family. Hope they run an investigation and that cop gets punished to the full extent of the law.

The UK has people rotting in prison cells for "speech crimes" and is ranked alongside North Korea in terms of human rights. The US is among the most civilized Western countries.

Police force adapts to the frequency of violent crimes. European countries are still new to the "melting pot" environment where minimal social trust exists & every block has dramatically different standards of violence. Your police will become progressively more armed and militaristic just like ours did in the 1990s.

No, see you at this kind of thinking that gives police a bad rap. I work in law enforcement and I can tell you that for the most part cops will utilize the use of force continuum. If you don't know what that is then look it up. You don't automatically go to pulling out your gun in any scenario. Now we don't know what the details are in this story and maybe the cop was wrong and pulling his gun, but we can't automatically assume that. And, it's wrong to assume that most officers do that type of thing. Again, look up the use of force continuum and read up on that before you pass this type of judgment.
