Close fight, depends on what you look for to score. I had no problem with it going either way but I did have a problem with Porters lack of action. He lost me as a fan by going the Runman way.

Do you honestly think people are that dense?

If Porter boxed and genuinely out boxed Ugas, we would have seen it. The whole world saw Porter losing pretty much with the exception of two judges and Lennox Lewis. He lost.

Go use that same "style" nonsense on top tier fighters who make adjustments and study boxing in depth as well as fighters they have to prepare for, people who you know for a fact know what they're watching. They will also tell you he lost. Why? Because he lost. Plain and simple.

        He lost. Stop it.

          We’ll said

Porter was lost he didn’t know what to do and his bull rushing head first attacks were useless.

The corruption was just way to obvious last night because no one could be that ****** to award porter that fight legitamitley.

Props to Ugas. I was at his last fight and it was a borefest. He does have himself to blame though. He always seems in great shape but spends too much time posing. He should have thrown more and would have certainly gotten the nod. It's easy for me on the couch to scream at the T.V and yell "throw more" but it's not me in there battling away. I watched it on replay knowing the outcome but I did enjoy the fight way more than Ugas's previous outing.

I had Ugas winning 115-113 but that wasn't no knockdown. He got hit on the back of his head and it pushed him forward.

Pretty much every Porter fight is an awkward, mugging affair with plenty of headbuts, slips and slippy punches. I'm not just describing Porter but also whomever he faces. It's rare for a fighter to escape his mauling style and box their fight. Most of the fights are difficult to judge and end up being close affairs. This was no different. I like Shawn, he seems like a decent guy and I respect his fighting spirit but I typically don't enjoy his fights.

                  Re

Only had time to see the Mansour fight, before I had to hit the sack for work. Due to some "liscencing" issue, I cant watch FIOS FOX DVR content on my tab at work. Only in the home. Same with National Geographic.

So I'm about to head home, and I get a call from the boss, that somebody didnt show up, wanna work OT. An offer I couldnt refuse, so I'm just seeing the Porter fight in a few. From what I hear, theres gonna be some macho antics from Ugas . I'll see for myself if there was any robbery.

                    Re

Uh...Porter clearly won that first round, no contest...second round to porter...out boxing him, landing...

Alright, Ugas won the 4th, and is coming on...macho antics from Ugas ...even 6th, Ugas punch after the bell ...

Ugas has fought his way to a even fight...

That was REALLY close. Ugas was shut out the first three rounds, but staged a comeback to tie it. Then it was several 50-50 rounds.

I feel like it could have been a draw...

The timing of García is almost perfect and he has an underrated power.

Mikey couldn't KO Lipinets or Broner who neither are on Spence's level. Let that simmer in your head for a while. If there's one thing we could learn of Mikey's power is the higher in weight the less power. Weight classes exist for a reason, they're not just there for the hell of it. This is all part of Haymon's plan to turn Spence into a star and what better way to do it than to let the most powerful welterweight fight a 4 time division champion. It took a lot of convincing for Mikey to get Haymon to let him fight Spence and then the idea came to fruition that this fight would be an excellent way of highlighting one of Spence's best fights in his pro career as he would be the first to defeat Mikey. The plan is to turn Spence into a huge PPV star so that it becomes a huge money fight with Crawford but Spence needs significant wins to showcase that. I like Mikey but the truth is he's just a pawn for Spence to look good
