Nothing wrong with taking the call once a good number is mentioned (it was clearly world's better than the first DAZN offer, because at least they responded this time).
Now it's time to put up or shut up; if the offer ends up being like Fury's offer (giving up control of his career, for years of fights, for a giant pot of money that only materializes if other fighters come along), Wilder will likely get up and leave; for all the hoopla of his deal, Golovkin is now locked in for 6 fights, is openly fighting a bum next, will fight a bum in his second fight if Jacobs beats Alvarez (Alvarez will get the chance to pursue his rematch; unsure how the WBC wouldn't strip Jacobs here, but whatever), and basically has a $30m nut tied to eventually getting a third Alvarez fight, with who knows how much set for the other 5 fights (guessing that it's at least $10m per fight, but who knows).
In due time, we'll see how legit this is, or get hints at it anyway
