Boxers age at different rates, and not everyone is like Hopkins/Mayweather. Peak Golovkin has come and gone, probably a few years ago. IMO Peak Golovkin beats all the current crop, but current Golovkin will get beat by at least one of them now, and likely more. He's still probably top 5, but not top dog any more.
Let’s be real boxing is a business. There’s enough fights and belts between Canelo, ggg, Andrade and Jacobs to last at least 2-3 years. It’s not even a question of ducking. He’s not getting a fight with any without signing for at least two fights. He finds himself in the same unfortunate position as Terrence Crawford with the pbc welterweights. If he wants the big fights he knows what he needs to do.
Canelo, GGG, Jacobs, Andrade, Joshua, Usyk, Gassiev, Bivol, Mundo, Munguia, Brook, Hooker, Farmer, Berchelt, Campbell, Roman, Vargas, Doheny, Yafai, SSR, Estrada, Edwards and a ton of top prospects. I'd take what they have over PBC, not even close if you throw in the WBSS (though I'm not counting that.)
You could argue they have the best fighter at 112, 115, 118, 122, 130, 140, 154, 160, 168, 175, 200 and HW

Agree. It is shocking how people trash GGG when even on corrupt scorecard the difference is so marginal. If at least Canelo walked through GGG and clearly dominated him like he was nothing I would at least understand where they are coming from, but that's just hatred, silly hatred of losers living in their mommies' basements.

He needs to move up. He should take on WBC dirrell or zurdo, GGG would fck both up IMO, there is a highway to beat them middle range. He would secure a HOF status even if he already has a solid claim.
