Icing out Mikey for 2 years is going to need a pretty darn ridiculous offer to overcome that, tbh; respectable won't cut it (Just insinuating here, but I'm figuring that UFC delivering for ESPN/ESPN+, while Top Rank isn't so much has led Arum to turn the smoke/mirrors way up to save his deal).

I don't disagree, but I don't think Mikey holds a grudge like some fighters would as long as the right number is on the check.

No other fight is basically on offer to Pacquiao (Floyd isn't coming back), but his options list has more than one fighter on it. Time will tell

Yea he gots 2 by Mar. 17. Thurman & Spence unless Mikey pulls the upset. I don't see much upside in Porter for Manny & thats the last PBC guy of note he'd wanna lose to.

I'd be surprised if he took another Broner-ish level fight. Unless Maidana is somehow ready to fight by the summer anyway which I highly doubt, but it would be a sellable fight nevertheless.

2 years of your prime though, solely because the promoter was looking to short your money on a new negotiation? And you turn around and do business with the same promoter, who's openly struggling in finding viable matchups?
