Porter says he's going to jump into the ring to confront Spence-Garcia winner.

Porter says he's going to be at the Spence-Porter fight in Dallas, and he's going to jump into the ring to confront the winner. Pacquiao is going to be at the fight as well.

I always assumed that Thurman would fight Pacquiao since their fights were one week apart back in January, and that seems like a more even fight. Thurman is still trying to get back to where he was before the 2 year lay off, and Pacquiao is 40 years old.

Porter and Spence are also fighting one week apart. So I assumed that they would have a unification fight later this year, since both guys have been active and aren't injury prone.

Will Porter jump into the ring to confront Spence? Will Pacquiao take a fight against Spence or Thurman?

I think the move is Spence vs Pacquiao.

I believe Thurman can call in a title shot vs Porter anytime now.

Thats the final 4 that makes the most sense on the PBC side to me.

Also as a Spence fan I'm kinda bored with Thurman & Porter not being too excited to fight Spence previously. F#cking Thurman's half retired ass was talking about Spence like thats his MayPac or some sh^t & wants to marinate it til he's all but outta the game legit lmfao. F#ck all that. Lets keep it moving.

Damn everyone wants a piece of smaller men now, whether in boxing or MMA.

I'd say for every instance of a small man calling out a bigger man, there are 10 instances of a bigger guy picking on a smaller guy.

Fkn pathetic. Win or lose Mikey should go back to 135 or 140

That isn't true. Haymon wanted Spence to fight Garcia first. That's the real reason it didn't happen.

It's too late Porter. Spence wants Pac next. You had your chance but blew it.

Porter is like a zit that won’t go away. Or a cold sore that keeps coming back. He is equally likeable and interesting.

But Pacquiao is a little 40 year old who's had 70 fights over his 23 year career. Pacquiao's last fights were against Broner, Mattyhsse, and Horn. He would end up like Adonis Stevenson if he fights Spence. Based on how Thurman was hurt in his last fight, I don't see Thurman being able to even beat Porter in a rematch, much less Spence.

I think Thurman and Pacquiao should fight, and the winner can fight the Spence-Porter winner. Then the last man standing with 3 belts can finally fight Crawford.

Any of these guys against each other would be fun to watch. Haymon has four of the five world champions at welterweight if you count both WBA titles, so there's really no excuse for PBC to not have a welterweight unification fight this year. Whether that's Spence vs. Porter or Spece vs. Pacquiao, I really don't care. I'd just like to see some clarity in the division since unfortunately Crawford won't be fighting any of these guys for political reasons.
