Boxing ALWAYS been this way! In between big fights you get these mismatches to build up to the next big fight

You are judging the card based on the names of the fighters BEFORE the fights take place rather than the quality of fights seen on the card.

You seem not to be a boxing fan but more of a "big name boxer" fan. I get it, you want the card to have all big names on it against each other. That doesn't guarantee great fights.
They are just bog standard cards man, youve got divisions loaded with talent and they arent fighting each other.

Then how come you were such an avid watcher of GGG fights when he faced bum after bum and was sure to win?

You have a ridiculous standard for boxers you don't like.

That is a completely different argument. Yes, the top names are not on the marquee against each other. If you are upset about that, ok, point taken.

As for the quality of the card, you write off cards before they happen and don't watch. So you have no basis to say if they are good or not.

There is more to boxing than just the big names fighting each other. You are missing out on what is really good about the sport for a childish reason.

I have a hard time believing Mikey can beat Spence, but Joshua vs. Miller and Canelo vs. Jacobs are both fights where I could see either guy winning.

We don't know what match ups are going to happen because we are in the first week of March.

There's plenty of potential good match ups but it doesn't matter because if they happen you'll just make an excuse for why it's not good.

Like I said you are better off chosing another sport. Boxing ain't for you.

Miller has no chance. Mikey does but the size difference reduces the chance. Jacobs does as well but I think many posters believe he can't get a fair shake against Canelo in Vegas and has to win by KO or TKO.

Yes it is, boxing had a really good year a couple years back and i did a thread then saying what a great year its been.but Its shaping up to be a dud year, i dont want to see.fights like bivol v joe smith, loma v crolla, beterbiev v someone ive never heard of, crawford v khan, spence v a lightweight, tank v some bum where its a formality who is going to win, youd win nothing at the bookies if u bet on all of them to win. I could go on and on, call me miserable but i cant help it if im not excited by any of them.match ups
