Comments Thread For: Malignaggi: If They Didn't Rob Fury, Wilder II Would Be Happening

I'm kinda sick of hearing about robbery. At the point where Fury decided he didn't want an immediate rematch, all the robbery talk should cease. If he wanted to fight Wilder next, he would be. His reasons for making the decision he did could be good, great, bad, or indifferent. Either way, he made it and now it's time to move on. I'm not directing this at you, just putting it all in one post.Comment

Do you think these people would read and take that in? They would spin anything to make Wilder look great lol.Comment

Of those few people, Phil Edwards did. I guess Wilder got lucky in that regard.Comment

Paulie said it! I'm a Wilder fan, but there's no way in hell he put on a performance that would've declared him a winner, let alone a draw. Fury was more active and had Wilder confused all night.
I'm a fan of Wilder's, but he shouldn't have been awarded rounds for what would've landed. No. He didn't earn that. He missed all night til the later rounds (9 and 12). I hate when judges give power punchers rounds based off of this.
Wilder's garnered a lot of casual fans because of his KO's, but none of them were able to explain what happened in the fight because they were waiting for a KO all night. Smh
Ringer generalship, effective pressure, and landed punches are supposed to win rounds and fights, not being awarded those "Oooh, had he landed that shot, the fight would've been over" rounds.Comment

What has that got to do with his analysis of Wilder/Fury as a commentator? Some of you guys are sooo hurt by anyone that has a different narratives to your one that you would pull out anything to justify BS...Keep up with Broner/Paulie? Nah Move the f uck on. He is speaking about Fury/Wilder here.Comment
