Didn’t see that coming , Top Rank in a couple weeks went and grabbed 2 Top 5 HWs. Not bad . Arum deserves the slow clap , Old man still making moves , Showing everybody he’s more then willing to load up for the current arms race that’s going on.

I don’t know how well Fury / Whyte will be able to cross over in the States , But with Espns backing them they got a shot , Both are far from bland personality wise and I’m sure doesn’t hurt

Matchroom did a great job with Whyte making him a UK PPV fighter and did a great job with matchmaking getting him a string of decent fights. But they also treated him like a adopted red head at times , Using him as a pawn last year with Hearn trying to have Wilder fight Whyte instead of AJ and they kind of did him a bit dirty with the AJ / Wembley fight. Most people including myself thought he was all but guaranteed the fight , wasn’t excited about it but at least he earned it . looks like Hearn wanted Miller all along and didn’t really give 100% in the negotiations because Miller was the guy

Be interesting how it all plays out

"Joshua beat Whyte by seventh-round technical knockout in December 2015 at O2 Arena in London."

Since does getting knocked spark out cold get reported as a TKO?

Sky and match room made him a star in the uk

He will fight on the number 2 network at bt which has half the viewers
Have you got a source to back up those numbers?

F#ck. Bob making moves. Respect to Bob.

Is ESPN in the UK? Seems weird him signing two big UK names & showing them in the US.

Your assuming if whyte wins.. my argument is by staying with Hearn he could entice wilder to give him a shot at his title thus making it easier and building bigger fights for whoever wins to fight Joshua .. either way whyte gets his world title shot for sure or if wilder wins he has 2 mega money fights with Joshua ( assuming he beats miller)

Not sure about this move. This puts him as far from a world title as possible plus he can kiss that sky ppv money goodbye.
